It rooms up to two people and the living area offers a couch, a flatscreen TV and a small dining table, including chairs. There are two small workstations, one larger one in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom area. The apartment is fully equipped; the kitchen includes a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, and the hallway contains a washing machine. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided.
Rathenower Straße is a calm street, in a mainly residential area, which has largely retained its historical appearance. The apartment is well connected to the city centre with bus stops in the immediate proximity and the subway Birkenstrasse and the S-train Westhafen about 900m away. Berlin’s main train station, Hauptbahnhof, is only a short bus ride away, with access to fast transport connections to get you around the city. U-Bahn Turmstrasse and Birkenstrasse are both within walking distance
The apartment is located in the Tiergarten district of central Berlin and bordering the Mitte district. Just in front of the apartment is the Fritz-Schloss-Park, the biggest green area in Moabit which offers plenty of recreation possibilities. In the park is a public pool, a path with fitness equipment, an adventure playground for kids, tennis courts and several other leisure time facilities. There are also schools, childcare and doctors nearby and a vast range services and amenities in the area. There are a wide variety of shopping outlets, service providers and shopping centers on the nearby Turmstrasse, as well as weekly markets, bars and restaurants.
